【欲望、美色、感受】的【滋味、祸患、舍离】

眼见色、耳闻声、鼻嗅香、舌□味、身触细滑,感受到苦或乐,这是【欲的滋味】。

受到欲望的驱使,努力去追求,若无法如愿获得所求之物,会感到痛苦;即便获得了
所求之物,但早晚终将失去,亦会带来痛苦;甚至为了追求欲望,而伤害别人,导致
彼此互相伤害,而导致痛苦。而且欲望变化无常,原本的欲望或许一时得到满足,但
又会再产生新的欲望,永远无法满足,而导致痛苦。这是【欲的祸患】。

体悟到欲的祸患,精进禅修,消除贪欲,这是【欲的舍离】。

见到年轻的美女,感到喜乐,这是【色的滋味】。

原本年轻的美女,年老色衰,牙齿缺落,满脸皱纹,身患重病,大小便失禁,身坏命
终,死经数日,身体?胀烂臭,爬满蛆,骸骨散落,色无常、变异,这是【色的祸患
】。

体悟到色的祸患,精进禅修,眼见色时,不起贪欲,除去各种乱想,这是【色的舍离
】。

感到快乐时,知道感到快乐;感到痛苦时,知道感到痛苦;感到不苦不乐时,知道感
到不苦不乐。这是【受的滋味】。

感受是变化无常的,如果执著於快乐的感受,感到不快乐时,便会导致痛苦;如果执
著於痛苦的感受,则总是处於痛苦的状态;如果执著於不苦不乐的感受,感受起伏时
,便会导致痛苦。这是【受的祸患】。

体悟到受的祸患,精进禅修,不执著於各种感受,除去各种乱想,这是【受的舍离】
。

中阿含99经(MN13)有段讲[受味],有点特别~供参考:
                               [云何觉(受)味?比丘者,离欲、离恶不善之法,
至得第四禅成就游。彼於尔时,不念自害,亦不念害他。若不念害者,是谓:觉乐味
,所以者何?不念害者,成就是乐,是谓:觉(受)味。]~中阿含99经

[Now what, monks, is the allure of feelings?] There is the case where a
monk □ quite withdrawn from sensuality, withdrawn from unskillful
(mental) qualities □ enters & remains in [[the first jhana]]: rapture &

evaluation.[ At that time he does not intend his own affliction, the
affliction of others, or the affliction of both. He feels a feeling
totally unafflicted. The unafflicted, I tell you, is the highest allure of
feelings]…… [[the fourth jhana]]... [At that time he does not intend his
own affliction, the affliction of others, or the affliction of both. He
feels a feeling totally unafflicted. The unafflicted, I tell you, is the
highest allure of feelings.]
