I've removed the Bulletin Board Section to a separate file:

since I have been unable to verify the validity of the entries.

I am thinking of doing the same with entries in the Books and
Supplies section, that do not have either url's, email addresses,
or 1-800, numbers. At least until I can get out verification
letters by snail-mail.
